About Me
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor with extensive experience supporting people across a range of settings, from hospitals and schools to specialist counselling services.
I began my professional journey after completing my Humanistic Counselling degree at Greenwich University in 2013, and have continued to expand my expertise with a Post-Qualification Diploma in Counselling Children and Adolescents and a Diploma in Energy Psychotherapy.
I am currently deepening my practice through studies in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Therapy at Surrey University.
Professional Experience
Over the years, I have worked in diverse environments, including:
- The Fountain Centre – St. Luke’s Cancer Hospital, supporting patients and their families
- Schools and colleges, including several years in the special educational needs sector
- The Queen Alexandra Hospital, providing support to NHS staff and patients
- Abuse and rape counselling services, helping survivors process trauma and regain agency
- Hampshire bereavement counselling service, supporting individuals and families through loss

I now work in private practice, where I integrate these experiences with humanistic, energy-based, with young people and adults, tailoring my support to each individual.
My work is grounded in empathy, presence, and a belief in the capacity of every person to grow, heal, and find meaning in their journey.
